How to Update a Minecraft Server in Game Panel

Log in to your Pterodactyl Panel
Select your Minecraft Server
Stop the server completely
Open the File Manager
Create a backup before updating
(Optional) Delete the existing server.jar
Go to the Startup tab
Select the desired Minecraft Version / Jar Version from the dropdown
Click Save Changes
Go to Settings
Click Reinstall Server
After reinstall completes, start the server again

Reinstalling the server will re-download core server files. Your world and data remain safe, but always keep a backup.
